This hotel is a gem in the heart of a historical center. The location at the main square is fantastic for exploring the town and its surroundings. The rooms are spacious and charming, with incredible antique furniture that adds a unique touch. We particularly loved the comfi bed and the fact that some rooms come with a kitchenette, which is very convenient. The breakfast spread is impressive, with fresh bread and various hot options to start the day off right.

Excellent service and extremely nice rooms. We stayed in the suites and they were just fantastic. The hotel is very recomendable and much above normal 3* hotel standard.

During my stay at this hotel, I couldn't help but be amazed by the extraordinary view from the terrace and the garden. It was like having nature's own masterpiece right outside my window.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Arkada in Levoca! The hotel has been beautifully modernized while still preserving the heritage of the buildings. The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished and offer great comfort. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to assist. The restaurant serves delicious food at excellent value for money. I will definitely be returning to this super hotel!

We had a very large room that looked over the square, which was fantastic. Room was very clean and wi-fi worked. The furniture was old fashioned but that added to the charm of saying in this picturesque town.

We had a fantastic antique room overlooking the square, and having a pool table was an added bonus.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The rooms were massive and beautifully furnished, giving off a jaw-droppingly luxurious vibe. The accommodating staff with a dry sense of humor made our stay even more enjoyable. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious meals served in the cozy restaurant. Free parking was available and the location in the old town was superb. We highly recommend this hotel for a superb and unforgettable stay.

This hotel was awesome! I stayed in a huge, comfy room with lovely views of the town hall. The location is perfect - it's right in the center of this beautiful city close to the mountains, just next to the main square. The staff were kind and knowledgeable of this city. Breakfast was delicious too!

Cannot find any fault.

We booked two rooms because of the price primarily. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and location of the hotel. The rooms we got were very spacious, clean and well equipped. We kept saying that this hotel is a castle. One of the rooms were directly looking at the main square of Levoca, a world heritage site. For the price, I couldn't imagine a better place to stay at. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who travels on a budget!

Try to get an appartment ( Room Nr 101 or 102 ) - the view out on the mainsquare/ rynek ist great and so are both rooms. Anice taste of 18th and 19th century, but not of socialism of 20th century ! Also breakfast in the restaurant in the celar is ok Levoca and Slovakia is really worth coming again and again !

Perfectly Located, Comfy Rooms and Ample Breakfast

The hotel boasts a fabulous location right in the heart of the city center. Rooms were quite cosy, clean and well-decorated featuring all the basic amenities necessary for a good stay. The breakfast was ample with a wide array of dishes to choose from and the atmosphere in the dining hall was quite lively and jolly. the staff was warm and polite, always ready to assist and guide.

The hotel lacks an elevator which would be quite inconvenient for those who have difficulty navigating stairs. the Wi-Fi speed was comparatively slow.

Perfect location. Excellent service and hospitality. Decent breakfast buffet.

The rooms are a bit old-fashion. Anyway they are not rustical by the intention.
